Wedding and Event Services and Prices
Use Fee
$1,500 for use of the garden and tour of the house. Non-refundable deposit of $300 due at time of booking
Guest Rooms
All 6 rooms may be reserved at $140 plus tax per room per night.

Caterers pay a $100 fee for use of the kitchen and are responsible for cleaning the kitchen after the function.
Bar
Linden does not have a liquor license, but liquor can be brought on the property. No red wine to be served.
Bartenders, $80 each (includes 4 hours per bartender).

Set-up/Clean-up $200
Music
Take your choice from our list of available bands, DJ, or trio. A noise permit is required.
Flowers and Decorations
By Pam Harriss, Designer. A deposit of $250 is due a the time of booking, payable to Pam Harriss.
Photographers
Choose from a list of available photographers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must take place 60 days prior to date of function.
